For our founder, a mum, it started with breakouts, frustration, and that all-too-familiar cycle of trying everything and still not seeing results. Supermarket shelves, salon brands, DIY hacks ā been there, done that. But instead of giving up, our founder turned her skincare struggle into a mission: to create something that actually works (and feels good doing it).
That mission became MSSKIN ā a skincare brand born from real experience, real ingredients, and a whole lot of turmeric.
As a mum juggling life, work, and skin that just wouldnāt cooperate, she spent months deep in research and testing ā tweaking formulas, trialling ingredients, and handing out samples to her closest friends.
The turning point?
A turmeric and vitamin C blend that finally cleared her skin ā and theirs too.
With over 5 years of experience in the beauty industry and a growing passion for real skincare solutions, she left her 9ā5 and poured everything into building MSSKIN from her kitchen table. No investors. Just belief in the product, a loyal community, and the power of real results.
Three sellouts in a matter of months ā all thanks to genuine word of mouth and customers who saw the difference and came back for more.
